Colt Ballroom
A luxury French Country ballroom with majestic ten-foot ceilings finished with restored hardwood floors and original copper-detailed fireplace. An extensive foyer with private entrance to the Ballroom opens onto a full view of the stream and meticulously landscaped gardens. This space can accommodate up to 240 guests for a seated dinner.
The Colt Ballroom Wedding Suite at Hotel du Village offers a spacious and stylish setting for wedding parties, large or small. Featuring makeup stations, full-length mirrors, and a private bathroom, it provides everything you need to prepare for your big day. Comfortable lounging couches complete the suite, offering a relaxing space to unwind before the celebration begins.

The Stone Cottage
The Stone Cottage at Hotel du Village is an exclusive retreat for Hotel du Village wedding guests, offering seven elegantly designed queen bedrooms for a private and comfortable stay. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a welcoming living room, it provides the perfect space for wedding parties to relax and connect. Each room features a private bathroom, personal air control, and a TV, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for your wedding celebration.

Our History
at Hotel du Village
The property of Hotel du Village was passed between many significant families of Bucks County before Caroline Wood gained rights to it and named it White Oaks. Morgan Colt was the architect for the building, and the name inspiration for our Colt Ballroom. The building was the acquired as an all girls school which then merged with a preparatory school for boys. Frank and Jeanne Cretella of Landmark Hospitality spent summers staying at Hotel du Village with their family and had always dreamed of owning property as special as this. In 2013, their dream became reality as they purchased this beautiful historic site and transformed it into a premiere destination for events, weddings and corporate retreats. Much of the original woodwork has been restored and incorporated into its renovated design. The old restaurant flooring has been restored into the high chapel ceilings of the Historic Ballroom’s pre-function space & bar area. The restaurant, which is now our Historic Ballroom- the smaller of the two event spaces- is in White Oaks, formerly the setting for the academic and social preparation of young ladies.
