Winter Weddings at Hotel du Village
Stay the Weekend

Beyond the Estate
Hotel du Village is minutes from downtown New Hope, one of the most walkable and characterful small towns on the East Coast. Guests can spend the afternoon exploring local boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and the Delaware River before returning to the estate for the evening’s celebration. For those staying the weekend, the town becomes part of the experience, offering plenty to see and do between wedding events. Just down the road, Logan Inn, by Landmark’s historic sister property, has welcomed guests since 1727 and remains one of New Hope’s most popular gathering places. For friends and family arriving early, it’s an easy spot to meet for a drink, dinner, or a stroll through town before the weekend officially begins.

What’s your favorite reaction to see on a wedding day?
My favorite reaction to see on a wedding day is watching the bride in those quiet seconds just before she walks down the aisle. The overwhelming joy on her face, mixed with nerves knowing her entire life is about to change in the most beautiful way.
Sonya S.
I tell all my couples to just enjoy the day, take in every moment, and to just stay focused on what's really important: each other. Nothing else matters.

About Hotel du Village
A Bucks County Destination, More Than a Century in the Making
In 1895, Caroline Wood selected the site for a country estate she named White Oaks, designed by architect Morgan Colt, whose name lives on in the Colt Ballroom today. Over the years, the property evolved from a private residence into a school before beginning its next chapter as Hotel du Village. Traces of that history remain throughout the estate, from the original architecture to thoughtfully restored details incorporated into the event spaces today.
In 2013, by Landmark founders Jeanne and Frank Cretella acquired the property after years of visiting the estate with their family. Their restoration focused on preserving what made the property special in the first place: the architecture, the grounds, and the character that had developed over generations. Today, Hotel du Village remains one of the most distinctive wedding destinations in the region, offering couples the opportunity to celebrate on a genuine French château estate in the heart of Bucks County.
